Ingredients behind the menu
We develop recipes internally and with suppliers, balancing taste, ingredient yield and practical preparation. Tea bases, coffee, fruit flavours, dairy and plant-based options are explored around the drinks you choose. Final availability, recipe compatibility and any substitution are confirmed for the selected equipment and menu.
Our sourcing standards
Â
Every ingredient AiTEA carries must meet our certification requirements. We source halal-certified ingredients from manufacturers whose relevant production facilities hold FSSC 22000 certification. Contact AiTEA for certification details for your selected ingredients.

Questions before you build the menu
Recipes and preparation
Review taste, ingredient quantities, finished yield and practical preparation. Match ingredients, settings and steps to compatible equipment. Confirm serving sizes, sweetness, ice and temperatures for each recipe, plus any manual finishing and staff responsibilities for refilling, daily cleaning and safe ingredient handling.
Â
Trial and daily routines
Over-pouring, spillage, expired stock and remade drinks add cost and work. During trials, review quantities, yield and reasons for remakes, then refine recipes and agree practical preparation and handling routines.
Â
Equipment matched to your drinks
I3.0 supports fruit tea and dairy drink directions with 18 containers in its standard configuration. IE60 combines fresh-bean grinding and whole-leaf tea extraction. VC offers hot, cold and ambient serving directions with eight containers in its standard configuration. Final recipes, preparation routes and options depend on the model and configuration. Confirm equipment and drinks in your quotation and specifications.
Â
Ingredients and supply planning
Discuss ingredients, consumables and operating accessories. Availability, ordering and delivery follow the agreed scope. Before ordering, confirm product format, pack size, preparation, storage and handling, and dietary or certification requirements. Pictured brands are illustrative; final selection follows the agreed programme.
Â
Plan a tasting and equipment discussion
Bring your outlet format, intended menu, counter space, busy service periods and ingredient requirements. AiTEA can help explore drink choices and the preparation setup together.
Available choices depend on the recipe and equipment. A 0% sweetness setting does not mean a drink is sugar-free.
Serving temperatures depend on the recipe, machine and configuration. Confirm each selected drink during menu development.
Ingredient availability and compatibility must be checked for the recipe and equipment. Substitutions are not universal.
Some drinks need manual finishing. Staff still handle refilling, ingredient handling and daily cleaning according to the agreed outlet routine.
